摘要
在不同的热处理温度条件下,主要研究了DD6单晶合金再结晶过程的组织转变规律,分析了单晶合金再结晶的组织特征。结果表明:在1050℃/4h真空热处理条件下,发生冷变形的单晶合金形成胞状结构,胞状结构深度约为10μm;在1100℃/4h真空热处理条件下,胞状结构的数量增多,并发生明显长大;在1200℃/4h真空热处理条件下,胞状结构开始向再结晶转变;在1315℃/4h真空热处理条件下,γ′相完全溶解,发生冷变形的单晶合金形成再结晶。
The effects of surface recrystallization of single crystal superalloy DD6 on the microstructure at different conditions was studied.The characteristic of the microstructure of recrystallization grain was analyzed.The results show that the cellular microstructure forms in the grit blasted samples when the samples are heat treated at 1050℃ for 4h,and the depth of cellular microstructure is about 10μm.The number of cellular microstructure increases at 1100℃ for 4h,and the size of the cellular microstructure increases obviously.The cellular microstructure is transformed into recrystallization at 1200℃ for 4h.Full recrystallization occurs through the growth of recrystallized grain when the samples are heat treated at 1315℃ for 4h.
