摘要
上海陆家嘴金融贸易区X2地块南、北塔楼高度分别为250m和260m,采用巨型框架-核心筒结构体系,属于超限超高层建筑。根据结构体系和特点,针对核心筒的重要性、转角桁架的设置、楼面梁板的布置等阐述了设计思路。通过对比分析设置与不设置伸臂桁架时地震作用引起的弯矩及剪力在核心筒和外框架之间的分配关系,指出只要将伸臂桁架的刚度控制在合理的范围,既可有效改善核心筒的受力,又不至于导致过度的刚度突变。静力弹塑性分析给出了塑性铰的发展过程,表明结构各道抗震防线性能良好,能保持有效的协同工作。振动台试验表明结构总体上满足现行规范7度抗震设防的要求,根据8度罕遇地震下结构出现的局部破坏情况给出了设计建议。研究结果表明,南、北塔楼结构体系合理,具有良好的抗震性能。
The south and north towers of Shanghai Lujiazui X2 area are 250m and 260m high separately,with mega-frame core-tube as the main structural system.In this paper,the structural system is introduced from several aspects: the importance of the core,the settlement of outrigger truss and the layout of beam-slab system.Considering the conditions of outrigger truss,the shear and moment distribution between the core-tube and frame under earthquake are compared,and it is indicated that if structural stiffness is reasontable,the outrigger truss can balance the load on the core-tube and frame,without excessively abrupt change in structure stiffness.Nonlinear static pushover analysis shows the development of the plastic-hinges,which indicates that the anti-seismic defense lines can work in cooperation effectively.The result of shaking table test shows that the structure meets current code requirements(seismic intensity of 7 degree).Some local damages appear under seismic intensity of 8 degree,to which some suggestions are given.The research demonstrates that the two towers have reasonable structural system and good seismic behaviors.
