摘要
为了得到建筑功能、结构性能和经济性能最佳的设计方案,对多个方案进行比选是设计过程中重要步骤。在进行超高层建筑———上海陆家嘴时代金融中心结构设计方案的比选过程中,有5个不同材料的外框架体系可供选择,设计师通过对其进行安全性、工期、造价、使用空间方面比选,最终选择了钢-混凝土组合框架核心筒结构体系:其中核心筒体采用型钢混凝土筒体,外围框架下部为型钢混凝土框架,中间为混凝土框架,上部为钢框架的结构设计方案。并计算了不同钢结构层数对基础设计的影响。在进行4个桩基方案比选过程中,通过桩型、持力层和进入持力层深度的比较,桩型选用了灌注桩,并结合场地的地质条件,使用桩端后注浆技术,减短了桩长。
Mechanical behavior and cost-efficiency are two important aspects in structural schemes comparison and optimization.The paper compares 5 structure schemes of a super high-rise building,Times Finance Center in Shanghai Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone.The comparison is performed on upper building′s security,construction schedule,building cost,utilizing space,and it is found the most reasonable structure scheme is a steel-concrete composite frame core-tube structural system.The core-tube is a reinforced concrete structure,and the lower outer frame is SRC frame,and the middle frame is RC frame,and the upper frame is steel frame.The floor number of steel sturcture affects the design of basement.By comparing pile pattern,bearing stratum and the depth into the bearing stratum of 4 pile schemes,bored pile is selected.By using the post base-grouting technology,the pile length is reasonably shortened.
