神舟小区工程结构设计

摘要 神舟小区建筑总平面为三角形,建筑面积为105981m2,三幢塔楼,其中两幢28层,一幢18层,大底盘无缝设计,框支-剪力墙结构。三幢塔楼由地上4层商业裙房及3层地下室相连,裙房为框架结构,4层顶转换为剪力墙结构,梁式转换。工程未设永久性变形缝。基础采用大直径机械钻孔人工扩底灌注桩基础,并采用后桩底注浆技术,桩端遇水处进行适当的人工降水处理,基坑采用侧壁板桩支护。上部结构设计时采取措施尽量减少转换层上下楼层结构的抗侧刚度和承载力变化,如各塔楼平面力求简单,尽量增加落地剪力墙数量,优化转换结构,加强下部结构,弱化上部结构。从基础设计、上部结构布置、结构整体计算分析等三方面介绍了工程的混凝土结构设计,总结了框支剪力墙结构的设计要点,对转换梁的设计也进行了详细阐述。 The master plane of Shenzhou Residential Community project is triangle,with a construction area 105981m2.The project contains two 28-stories buildings and one 18-stories building.Seamless large batholith is employed in the discontinuous shear walls,which are supported on frames.The three tower buildings are connected through a 4-stories overground commercial podium and a 3-stories basement.The lower 4 stories of the podium are frames,and they transfers to discontinuous shear walls through a transfer beam at the top of the fourth storey.The project is designed without deformation gaps.The foundation,using pile bottom grouting technology,employs piles grouted by large-diameter machinery drilling and artificial expanding bottom.Some constructional measures are implemented in structure design to avoid the abrupt changing of lateral stiffness and load capacity,such as simplified tower building plane,increased the number of shear walls linked to the ground,optimized transfer structures,strengthened the lower structures,and weakened the upper structures.This paper introduces the concrete structural design for this project from three aspects including foundation design,upper structural arrangement and computer analysis on the general structure.The key points in designing discontinuous shear walls supported on frames are listed,and the transfer girder design is discussed in detail.
