Research and application of the complex pre-stressed integrated structures

摘要 阜阳师范学院教学主楼为一幢8层建筑,1层以下为一整体建筑,在1~4层之间设一个宽28.8m大门洞,4层以上连为一整体。在4层顶设一根长28.8m预应力大梁,在4层预应力梁上立柱与5~8层框架组成预应力多层空腹桁架,为增加结构的抗侧刚度,加大连体结构的整体性,提高抗御侧向力的能力,在梁的两端设置钢筋混凝土筒体,这样由28.8m预应力大梁与上部4层框架组成预应力多层空腹桁架与两端钢筋混凝土筒体组成预应力连体复杂结构受力体系。为使这种预应力连体复杂结构的预应力有效建立起来,解决大跨度预应力梁与上面几层普通钢筋混凝土框架共同作用,建立了相应的理论计算模型。采用PKPM系列软件进行计算,并用弹性时程分析法对弹塑性阶段进行计算。依据计算结果综合评估了结构的地震响应和承载性能,各项指标满足规范要求。 The main classroom building of Fuyang Teachers College is an eight-story building.The building contains a 4th-story high gate(28.8m in width,and from the 1st floor to the 4th floor in height),a huge pre-stressed girder at the top of the gate,and a 4th-story pre-stressed vierendeel truss,whose columns are supported by the pre-stressed girder.The huge pre-stressed girder is connected with two reinforced concrete tubes.The reinforced concrete tubes can provide lateral stiffness,integral rigidity and resistance to lateral loading.Thus,a complex pre-stressed structural system is formed.Then,the proper pre-stressing force is determined for this complex combined pre-stressed structure,and the technologies are proposed to guarantee the large-span pre-stressed grider work together with its supported reinforced concrete frames,and the computation model of this kind of structure is established.Using PKPM software,the elastic time history analysis is performed to obtain numerical results,and the structural behavior and loading capacity are evaluated based on the numerical results,which meet the standard requirement.
