摘要
中石油管道局EPC项目部按新管理模式要求和工程实际,建立了新的HSE管理体系,开展培训工作,强化风险管理,努力消除或减少污染;各分包商通过建立HSE管理组织机构,落实职业安全卫生措施,加强HSE培训,保障《HSE两书一表》的实施,把加强安全环保管理与落实安全环保措施结合在一起,使工程HSE体系处于良好的受控状态。
According to the requirements of new management mode and project practice and in order to strengthen Q/HSE management,CPP EPC Project Department established new HSE management system,conducted training work,strengthened risk management,endeavored to decrease even eliminate pollution,and established HSE management organizations with subcontractors,took measures to put occupational safety and sanitation into practice,enhanced HSE training,ensured implementation of 'two books and one table' HSE system.Also it combined strengthening HSE management with carrying out HSE measures and enabled project HSE system to be in well controlled status.
