任何工程项目的执行都离不开采购活动,采购管理工作是项目执行的关键环节,而且是构成项目执行的重要内容。采购管理工作好坏不仅影响项目成本,而且影响到企业的竞争力。中石油管道二公司作为兰银输气管道工程施工分包商,在施工采购管理中通过运用采购计划管理、ABC分类管理、价格管理等措施适应EPC管理模式的要求,实现了采购成本的有效控制。
Procurement Management is essential work in project implementation and an important element of project implementation.It affects not only the project cost,but also the enterprise competition capability.CPP Second Engineering Company,as a construction subcontractor of Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline Project,took the measures such as procurement management,ABC classification management and price management to accommodate EPC management mode and achieved effective control of procurement cost.
