摘要
大型自支撑桁架锥顶罐由罐底、罐壁、罐顶桁架及罐顶组成,与其他类型储罐相比,结构独特,设计合理,技术先进。文章简要论述了科威特GC28集输处理站桁架锥顶罐体按API 650《Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage》设计,应用ANSYS有限元应力分析软件进行罐体外压稳定分析,罐顶桁架设计执行AISC标准,并采用STAAD-Ⅲ钢结构计算软件进行计算等方法。
Large scale tank with self-supported truss cone roof is composed of tank bottom,wall,top truss and roof.Compared with other type tanks,it has the features of unique structure,reasonable design and advanced technique.Such a tank built at Koweit GC28 Gathering Station is designed in accordance with API 650'Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage';the finite element analysis software ANSIS is applied for tank stability analysis under outside pressure;the top truss design observes AISC standard and the steel structure calculation software STAAD-Ⅲ is applied for its analysis.
