Safety Analysis of Offshore Structures in Chengdao Oilfield

胜利埕岛油田自1993年正式开发至今,已建成了以中心一号、二号平台为中心的埕岛主体区域海上生产系统,以及以埕北30A平台为中心的埕岛油田东部区域海上生产系统。目前已建成平台93座,海底管道超过170 km,海底电缆176 km,油气年产量达200万t以上。随着开发时间的增加,有些构筑物已逐渐进入其使用寿命的中后期,因此,海上构筑物的安全问题变得日益突出。文章通过对埕岛油田海工构筑物现状和平台管道检测评估技术的分析,提出了埕岛海上油田开发中当前存在的问题和解决措施。

Chengdao Oilfield has built up the offshore oil production systems in Chengdao main area where the Centrol Platforms No.1 and No.2 are taken as the core part and the offshore oil production system in Chengdao eastern area where the Chengbei Platform 30A is taken as the core part.There are 93 platforms,over 170 km subsea pipelines and 176 km subsea cables in the field and the annual oil and gas output is more than 200×104 t.With time passing,some structures have entered into their medium or later terms,the safety problem of offshore structures is becoming important increasingly.Based on the analyses of the current status of the offshore structures in Chengdao Oilfield and the inspection and assessment technologies for platform and pipeline,the existing problems in Chengdao Oilfield offshore development are discussed and the countermeasures are brought forward.
