摘要
外钓岛—册子岛海底管道穿越工程是世界上最长的定向钻穿越工程,穿越地层极为复杂,是岙山—镇海进口原油输送管道的"卡脖子"工程。针对该穿越工程的技术难点和风险,运用理论分析和数值模拟方法,对超长距离复杂地层大口径管道穿越的路由选择、施工关键技术以及工程安全风险进行了研究攻关,探索出系统的定向钻路由选择和风险分析方法,首创了导向孔对接施工、双钻机同步扩孔等多项定向钻施工新工艺。
Waidiaodao—Cezidao subsea pipeline crossing project is the longest pipeline crossing project in the world.Because the crossing site is located in extremely complex stratum,the crossing task was of hard one of Aoshan–Zhenhai Crude Oil Import Pipeline.According to technical difficulty and risk of the project,the theoretical analysis and numeric simulation method were used to research the route selection,key construction techniques and engineering safety of the project,and the methods of route selection and risk analysis were obtained.Several new processes of directional drilling such as interconnection construction of two pilot holes,synchronized hole reaming with dual drilling machine were innovated.The pipeline crossing project has been finished successfully and created excellent social and economic benefits.
