油田注汽锅炉石油焦替代燃油技术初探

Preliminary Study of Replacing Fuel Oil with Petroleum Coke Used for Oilfield Steam Injection Boiler

为了节约燃油,寻求能够有效替代注汽锅炉燃油的经济燃料非常必要。文章介绍了石油焦及水焦浆的性质和主要特点,分别从石油焦的市场来源、石油焦制成水焦浆的工艺流程、注汽锅炉燃烧水焦浆的改造项目等方面,论述了石油焦替代油田注汽锅炉燃油的技术可行性。

In order to save fuel oil for steam injection boilers,seeking economical fuels to effectively replace fuel oil is necessary.This paper introduces properties of petroleum coke and water coke slurry and discusses technical feasibility of replacing fuel oil with petroleum coke in aspects of market supply of petroleum coke,process flow of making water coke slurry from petroleum coke,steam injection boiler reformation for using water coke slurry,and so on.
