摘要 半导体物理是电子科学与技术学科的一门重要的专业基础课。结合西安交通大学"2+4+x"创新型人才培养模式和国内外先进的教育理念,对该课程的教学内容、教学方式和手段、实验教学及课程考核等教学环节进行了探索性的研究,应用于电子与微电子系本科生的教学实践,激发了学生自主学习的热情,提高了学生综合利用知识的能力。 Semiconductor Physics is an important professional basic course for the major of electronic science and technology.According to the '2+4+x' Model for the Cultivation of Creative Talents in Xi'an Jiaotong Unversity and overseas advanced education concept,we did an exploratory research on the teaching chain of the course,which includes teaching contents,teaching means,experimental teaching and course examination.The researches are practised for the undergraduates majored in electronics and microelectronics.As a result,the students' passion for the active studying is increased and the comprehensive utilization ability of professional knowledge is enhanced.
