A Brief Discussion on Undergraduates Cultivation Schemes for Electronics Science and Technology Specialty

以微电子技术方向为例,分析了电子科学与技术专业本科培养方案中的课程/学分设置及基础课与专业课、理论教学与实践教学的学分比例情况,简要介绍了学科主干课程的设置方案;分析比较了美国三所高水平大学同类学科的培养方案。对本科教学培养过程中存在的一些问题进行了简要分析。

The training program for micro-electronics technology direction in electronics science and engineering specialty is discussed,including curriculum and credits,and their distribution in different types of courses,such as basic courses and specialty courses,theoretical teaching and practical teaching;The key courses for micro-electronics technology direction are introduced briefly.The training programs of three famous US universities are analyzed for reference.And finally,some aspects to be improved in the cultivation process are presented.
