In order to improve the quality of bachelor's degree thesis and consolidate the independent and innovative practice-education,the scheme of innovative-group model is proposed to direct the bachelor's degree thesis.After two years' exploration and practice,a remarkable outcome is obtained.The achievement of graduation thesis,team spirit and synthetic capability are improved obviously.It's also reputable for faculty advisers and undergraduates.A whole manage and cultivate model and effective inspirit mechanism is established.So this model is valuable to popularize widely and suitable for cultivate system of research university.
