摘要
创新能力和自我学习能力是大学人才培养的两个重点,高等学校要培养创新人才,要承担科技创新的任务,就必须进一步转变教育思想和教育观念,逐步在专业结构调整、教学内容、课程体系、考核方式等方面加大改革力度。本文吸取了全国大学生电子设计竞赛的经验,引入了课程设计作品竞赛机制,在知识传授和考评方式上进行创新教学模式的探索,促进了学生创新能力的培养。
Innovation ability and self-learning ability are two important aspects for university personnel training.In order to train innovative talents and commit the task of science and technology innovation,college and university must further change the educational thoughts and concepts,gradually reform with greater intensity in professional restructuring,teaching contents,curriculum,assessment methods,and other aspects.This paper draws the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest experience,introduces the competition mechanism for curriculum design,explores in imparting knowledge and evaluation methods for innovative teaching models,and promotes the cultivation of innovation ability of students.
