摘要
针对龙门刨床生产效率低、能耗高及电气系统老化,对机床进行电气、机械一体化的技术升级改造。根据工件的形状、材质的不同,合理使用铣、刨功能,扩大机床加工范围,提高生产效率,降低能耗。
Since common planers are with low efficiency,high energy consumption and ageing of electrical system,a transformation for upgrading technologies which integrate both electrical and mechanical parts is needed.Based on differences in shapes and materials of workpieces,functions of plane and milling should be adopted properly.As a result,the range of work can be enlarged,production efficiency can be improved,and energy consumption can be lowered.
