摘要
文章介绍了采用材质为30MnCr22调质生产P110套管的工艺研究过程,经现场试生产结果证明,用30MnCr22生产P110钢级套管是可行的,大大的降低了生产成本,为高钢级的石油套管选择低价的原材料提供了借鉴,此类新产品的开发可为企业创造更大的经济效益。
It is introduced in this article the research process of technology using 30MnCr22 to produce P110 casing with quenching and tempering.The results of trial production in work field indicate that it is feasible to produce P110 casing with 30MnCr22.As a result,the production costs are decreased greatly,which supplys the experiences for producing high steel grade oil casing with cost valent raw materials.Development of such new type of product can make more economic benefit for enterprises.
