汽轮发电机转子故障诊断系统的研究

摘要 汽轮发电机组在向高效率、高可控性、高可靠性和低维修率方向发展,轴电压在电机运行过程中应当引起足够的重视。文章详细地分析了汽轮发电机轴电压的产生原因、危害及预防措施。实测了在磁不对称状态下的轴电压,对实验数据进行了分析,结果与理论相符。从而提出了基于轴电压的汽轮发电机转子故障诊断识别方法,利用Microsoft VisualC++与MATCOM,编制基于基于轴电压的汽轮发电机转子故障诊断系统。 Steam turbine generators are developing to the direction of high efficiency,controllability and reliability,as well as low maintenance rate,we should pay enough attention to shaft voltage in the operational process of electric motor.In this paper,the causes,harm and preventive measures for shaft voltage of turbine generators are analyzed in detail.The shaft voltage was measured in the condition of asymmetric magnetism,and experimental data were analyzed,which coincide with theory.Finally,a fault diagnosis method for rotor of steam turbine generators was proposed,which is with the fault diagnosis system that was designed with Microsoft Visual C++ and MATCOM as well as based on shaft voltage.
