摘要
选矿厂选矿车间强磁区由10台中等强度磁选机、10台圆筒、20台直立的立环强磁机(粗选、精选)、18台矿浆泵组成一个完整的工艺流程。通过ProfiBus-DP网络远程控制技术,实现了立环强磁选机对现场设备进行远程监视和控制。文中简述了S7-300与S7-200实现网络通讯及控制的系统软、硬件组成及系统工作原理。
There are 10 middle magnetic separators,10 drum screens,20 vertical strong magnetic separators and 18 pulp pumps in the strong magnetic area of the concentration workshop.These machines compose an integrated technic flow. The control technique of ProflBus-DP long-distance network achieved long distance surveillance and control.The article briefly introduces the network communication realized by S7 -300 and S7 -200,the constitution of hardware and software in the control system and its working principle.
