摘要
随着钢铁企业规模越来越大,竞争的焦点由硬环境转向软环境竞争,包钢结算服务工作面临着全面提升服务环境的迫切任务。文章运用服务管理和服务营销的有关理论,结合包钢结算工作的实际情况,分析研究了包钢结算服务界面与流程及其管理问题。
As the scale of the iron and steel enterprise is getting larger and larger,the competitive focus among them shifts from hard environment to soft one,the settlement service of Baotou Steel faces the urgent task to upgrade the service environment.Based on the relevant theories on the service management and marketing and combining with the concrete settlement of Baotou Steel,it analyses and researches the problems on the service interface,procedure and the management.
