摘要 简要阐明了构成纳米微环境的反胶束的工作原理,强调其可以模拟细胞中纳米尺度空间的特点,以三种基础蛋白质:髓磷脂蛋白、溶菌酶和细胞色素C为例,简单介绍利用圆二色技术测试它们在反胶束中的结构变化和反应动力学。 The working principle of reverse micelles which construct nano-microenvironment is briefly described in the paper based on some literatures.And their features of modeling nano-size space in biological cells are specially emphasized.In addition,we also describe using circular dichroism technique to measure the structural changes and dynamics of three basic proteins like myelin,lysozyme and cytochrome C.
