水文作为一切涉水事务的基础性工作,在确保防洪安全、粮食安全、生态安全、供水安全等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。吉林省不断拓宽水文服务领域,在水资源监测、水环境应急监测、建设项目水资源论证、地下水科学研究与技术交流、节水型社会建设、水事纠纷司法鉴定等六个方面进行了探索和实践。

Being the base of water management affairs,hydrology has played an irreplaceable role in the aspects of flood control and ensuring safeties of food,ecosystem and water supply.The scope of hydrological services have been expanded in the Jilin Province in the fields of water monitoring,emergency monitoring of water environment,water resources assessment during water project construction,studies and technologies exchange of groundwater science,water-saving society establishment and identification of water disputes by legal terms.
