人类活动对水文实测数据序列的一致性产生了很大影响,人类活动干扰水文测验事件愈演愈烈。结合陕西省宣传贯彻水文条例取得的初步成效,提出了各地出台配套规章制度、实施大水文战略、机构升格、加强自身建设等建议。

Human activities have greatly impacted date sequence consistency from hydrology test,and this influences become more and more intensive.Through primary effects of implementing the regulations of hydrology in Shanxi,it has been presented that we should issue relative institutions,carrying out broader-hydrological strategy,upgrade organization and strengthening self-construction.
