摘要
为了开发功能更强的虚拟维修仿真系统,提出应用于大型复杂装备虚拟维修仿真的虚拟维修样机建模方法,构造了建立满足虚拟维修仿真的虚拟维修样机的框架结构与仿真时的数据流程。建立虚拟维修样机模型包括几何模型,物理属性模型,行为特征模型和交互模型四个模块,给出了每个模块具体的建模方法和特点。并用所提供的方法成功的进行了某大型设备的虚拟维修样机模型的建立,并应用于虚拟维修训练中,有效的满足了虚拟维修训练系统中的沉浸感和逼真度仿真要求。
To exploit functional virtual maintenance simulation system, a method of virtual maintenance prototype (VMP) for large complex equipment is proposed. The frame structure and simulation data flow of the VMP is established, and it’s made up of geometry model, physical attribute model, behavior attribute model and interaction model. The functions of each part and model are studied. Furthermore the method is successfully applied to certain complicated equipment’s VMP modeling establishing, and the modeling is satisfied to the requirement of immersion and truly.
