摘要
近年来,许多计算机视觉测量系统被投入使用。由于被测物体的不同,相应的测量系统的结构也会发生很大变化。利用现有三维设计软件内置的丰富功能,预先对视觉测量系统进行仿真,能够尽早发现系统中存在的问题,改善系统的性能,降低系统设计的成本。对三维设计软件中的各项功能进行了精确度的定量分析,提出了视觉测量系统中一般要素的仿真方法,给出了一种仿真环境下检验系统精确度的方法。通过结构光测量系统的仿真实验结果验证了仿真方法的有效性。
Recently, many computer vision measurement systems have been put into service. Due to the different detected objects, great changes will occur to the corresponding structure of the vision measurement systems. The reduction of system limitation, improvement of system performance and reduction system design costs could be anticipated if the built-in rich functions of existing 3D design software are efficiently used to simulate the vision measurement system. Quantitative analysis about the accuracy and efficiency of functions in 3D design software is provided, and then propose simulation methods for normal elements in vision measurement system, propose a method for testing the accuracy of vision measurement system in simulation environment. In addition, verify the effectiveness of simulation methods through the experimental results gained by the simulation of structured light measurement system.
