中国地震减灾仿真网格试验系统是国家地震局重点项目,也是我国在仿真网格工程应用中的第一个重大项目。数据库管理与网络配置子系统是整个仿真系统的管理与调度中心,是各个功能模块运行的基础。介绍了地震减灾仿真网格试验系统中数据库及网络的设计原理和基本方法,并针对某一具体问题给出了设计思路。

The simulation grid system of the earthquake disaster alleviation is known as an important project of the national earthquake institute. Database management and network configuration system is one of the important subsystems, which creates the bases for the whole control system. This paper puts its emphasis on how to create a suitable DB structure and compatible network in order to support the running of the whole system. As an example, a designing method is given for the water price determination.
