基于GIS的城市信息化水平评估分析与实践

Analysis and Practice of City Informationization Evaluation Based on GIS

信息化是一个国家和地区现代化进程的一个重要标志。在建立城市信息化指标体系的基础上,以江苏省各地级市为例,借助地理信息系统(GIS)工具及思维方式,分析了江苏省信息化水平的分布情况及其与地理属性的相关关系。结果表明,GIS可以有效的结合信息化水平与地理空间数据,直观的呈现城市信息化水平分布特点,并能辅助分析信息化水平与地理要素之间的关系,为信息化领域的分析提供了一种新的视角。

Informationization is an important symbol of the modernization in a country or region. In this article, on the basis of the economic index system, take the cities in Jiangsu Province as example, by the GIS tool with the characteristic of spatial visualization, spatial-oriented and spatial thought, the cities’ informationization distribution and its relationship with geographic factors(elevation, rivers,etc) were analysed. The result shows that GIS can combine informationization and spatial data to show intuitively the distribution characteristics of informationization and provide a new method for the relationship between informationization and geographic factors.
