Investigation on the Demands for Health Education in Shanghai Communities

目的依托社区健康教育平台,对社区居民进行健康教育需求的调查,为提高和改善工作的指导性、有效性提供决策依据。方法在19个区县以整群随机抽样,对5581位居民采用编制的社区居民健康教育需求问卷表调查,收集数据使用SPSS软件处理。结果社区居民对"六位一体"的社区服务的需求,健康教育仅次于医疗需求,位居第二;公众接受健康教育途径年龄不同与经济收入不同,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。结论本调查显示,公众对自身健康的重视程度,健康教育全方位、针对性系列策略的实施,将为健康教育工作拓展健康教育服务展示新的工作平台和实践领域。

Objective On the basis of the health education platform of communities,the study is carried out to provide evidence for better guidance and effectiveness in making health-education policies.Methods A cluster random sampling was carried out on 5581 residents in 19 districts of Shanghai.All the individuals were surveyed with self-made questionnaire.All the collected data were processed with the SPSS software.Results Among the six most needed community services,health education service is ranked the second after treatment service by a small margin.Different age and economic status lead to different ways of receiving health education.The differences are significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion The survey indicates that the extent of importance the public attach to their own health and the implementation of a series of all-aspect problem-based health education strategies will bring about new operational platform and practical field to further expand the health education services.
