摘要
为了精确求取像车身这样的复杂结构子系统模态密度,从解析计算、试验测量、数值分析及虚拟试验4个方面对其进行了分析研究。最后,通过建立驾驶室SEA(Statistics EnergyAnalysis)模型,对比分析了虚拟试验法与解析计算法对车内噪声的预测。结果表明,采用虚拟试验法确定模态密度可提高SEA模型的预测精度。
In order to determine the modal density of complex sub-structure such as auto body,it was studied from theory calculation,test measurement,numerical analysis and virtual test aspects.The influence of the complex sub-structure modal density to vehicle interior noise obtained by method of theory calculation and virtual test was compared and analysed,according to the established cab Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA) model.The results show that the virtual test method used to determine the sub-structure modal density can improve the prediction accuracy of the SEA model.
