摘要
基于冲压边部受拉时与单拉一致的应力应变状态,设计了改进的单拉实验,研究了剪切毛刺对高强钢板边部变形能力的影响规律。实验表明:随着毛刺高度增大板材边部变形能力呈下降趋势,解释了冲压边部在变形没有达到正常最大变形能力就发生破裂的原因。提出了改进的冲压边部破裂数值分析方法,从而解决了传统方法不能准确预示边部破裂的问题,并开发了专用数值分析软件,通过对某汽车排气管支架翻边工序进行分析,证明了该方法可行且有效。
Based on the same stress and strain state between stamping edge tensile and simple tensile test,a modified simple tensile test was proposed to research on effect of sheared burr on deformation capacity of high strength steel stamping edge.The test shows that the trend of the deformation capacity of stamping edge is decreasing with an increase of burr height.It is easily explained the reason why splitting on stamping edge appearing before deformation reaches its normal deformation capacity.The numerical analysis approach for split on stamping edge was proposed to solve the problem of the traditional method failing to predict edge fracture accurately.Furthermore,the special numerical analysis software was researched and developed.It is confirmed that the numerical analysis approach is both feasible and effective by analyzing on automobile exhaust pipe support flanging process.
