摘要
以松香、环氧氯丙烷和十二叔胺合成阳离子化的松香酯,最佳工艺条件为:n(松香):n(环氧氯丙烷):n(十二叔胺)=1:1:1,反应温度60℃,反应时间30h;该条件下阳离子松香酯化率92.6%。产物结构通过红外光谱得以鉴定,并测得产物的表面张力为41.2mN/m。采用高温常压逆转法将松香酯进一步制备成阳离子乳液松香胶,在乳化温度为130~140℃,转相温度为120℃的条件下得到乳白色乳液,Zeta电位为+31mV,乳液粒径小且分散均匀,稳定性好。
A cationic rosin was prepared by rosin,epichlorohydrin(EPIC) and dodecyl tertiary amine.It is indicated that 92.6%of rosin esterification rate and 89.2%of product yield can be obtained under the optimal conditions as follows:n(rosin):n(EPIC):n(dodecyl tertiary amine)=1:1:1,reaction temperature is 60℃and reaction time is 30 h.The product structure was characterized by IR.The surface tension of the product is 41.2 mN/m.The product can be further emulsified into cationic rosin emulsion sizing agent by High-temperature phase inversion method. When the emulsification temperature and phase inversion temperature are 130~140℃and 120℃,respectively, milky white rosin emulsion with a zeta potential of +31 mV and small particle size,good stability is prepared.
