摘要
针对传统的武器装配研制时利用实物模型进行装配验证,导致零部件装配和维修缺陷发现滞后的问题,基于虚拟装配技术对大型武器系统装配过程进行了仿真开发研究。在对其进行任务规划和需求分析的基础上,根据具体需求分析了虚拟装配的技术体系,组建了大型武器装备虚拟仿真平台,对其中虚拟装配过程中的关键技术进行了研究,最后设计了大型武器装备虚拟装配的仿真流程。
Considering the problem that the assembly and maintenance faults of the components were found obstructively as a result of the validation of assembly was processed with the practical model when the large-scale armament equipments were developed in the conventional way,the assembly process of the large-scale armament equipments was simulated based on the virtual assembly technique.On the basis of its task assignment and demand analysis,the technique system of the virtual assembly was analyzed according to its concrete demand.Then the virtual assembly simulation platform of large-scale armament equipments was proposed.And its key techniques were discussed.Finally the simulation flow of virtual assembly simulation for the large-scale armament equipments was designed.
