Design and Implementation of Virtual Web Information Creating System

互联网Web信息是当前交互性最好、信息集成性最强的多媒体信息表达方式,而当前在战略模拟中,信息还主要是以传统的文本、数据图表、电视新闻等方式分别提供给决策人员使用。针对此问题我们提出将战略模拟中产生的各类信息,采取自动生成虚拟Web信息的方式直接提供给决策者。虚拟Web信息生成系统综合运用仿真模拟、多媒体、信息抽取、语音合成等技术,通过信息元的动态生成、虚拟Web信息特征向量提取、多维空间映射等方式,为战略决策营造接近真实境况、可自由交互、沉浸感强的虚拟信息集成环境,提高了战略训练质量和效果。

The Internet Web information is an ideal multi-media expression which can provide best interaction and integration of information.But in the current Strategic Simulation,the traditional mode is used to individually provide the documents,datasheets,and TV news for the status to the decision makers.Aiming at this problem,replacing the information created in Strategic Seminar Gaming with the virtual Web information and generating the Web information automatically were considered to provide to the decision makers.Virtual Web information system,which has adopted the technique such as modeling and simulation,multimedia,information extraction and Text-To-Speech,utilitied the information virtualization methods,such as dynamic generation of Information unit,feature vector extraction of virtual Web information and multi-dimensional space registration,created an analogous,freely interactive and immersive virtual information integrating environment.
