基于仿真技术的城市客运枢纽出租车站规划研究

摘要 城市客运枢纽是城市客运交通系统的关键环节,是各种运输方式交通网络的交汇点,是客流集散、换乘的主要场所。结合Witness仿真软件的功能,建立以天津站客运枢纽为研究背景的出租车站仿真模型。在此基础上以交通管理为研究重点,提出合理的优化方案,解决其换乘效率第、运营成本高等问题,得出可获利最多的引导出租车每分钟最佳到达量和停车场规模最佳设置,并从交通设施利用率和服务效率等方面对优化结果给予评价,为管理人员正确决策提供依据。 Passenger transport terminals(PTT) is the cross point of the various transport modes and the place for the travelers to gather,disperse and transfer,so it is the key part of the city’s passenger transport system.Witness as a simulation software was constructed to model taxi station in Tianjin Railway Station.Based on the above analysis,optimized scheme from the view of traffic management was given,in order to improve transfer efficiency(TE) and reduce operating cost,and so on.Through optimization,the most profitable optimum capacity of park and quantity of taxi arriving were given.The final optimized result was evaluated at the aspects of utilization of facilities and level of service.The optimization results obtained will help decision make right decision.
