干部考核工作是一项复杂的系统工程,关系到干部自身素质,关系到干部队伍战斗力和凝聚力,关系到事业发展的好坏。长期以来,高校组织部门一直在积极探索和研究关于中层干部考核的相关问题。本文围绕高校干部考核工作的特殊性、现状、问题及成因等方面进行论述,并阐述了干部考核工作应该坚持的基本原则。

Cadres inspection work is a complicated system project,in relation to the qualities of cadres,the battle effectiveness and the cohesive force of cadre corps and also the effectiveness of career development.University organization departments have been exploring and studying the problems of middle cadre inspection for a long time.The text focuses on the particularity,present situation,problems,origins and the other aspects of university cadre inspection,and states the basic principle that should be adhered to in this work.
