College societies,which existence and development play an important role in the comprehensive development of university students,is an important component of campus culture.So how to make innovations continually in the development of societies has become a major issue which community worker must face.This paper is mainly about how to develop college societies depends on administration mechanism,team development,and innovations of resource-management and management quality.
