摘要
我国旅游事业的繁荣使餐饮建设向高层次、高水准方向发展,对餐饮设施及其室内设计提出了新的要求。文章围绕现代餐饮设施的地位及其设计构思进行了探讨,为改善和提高餐饮服务水平提供有用的信息资料,为设计师提供参考。
The prosper of our state tour business has made the construction of food and drink industory to develop to high levels and put forward the new request for the facilities of meal and indoors design.This essay discusses roughly enclosing the position of modern meal facilities and conceive of design in order to provide useful information materials for improving and advancing the meal service level and in order to provide reference for the designers.
