由于建筑施工中的差错或灾害性事件以及业主对原结构进行改造,需对原结构要进行加固,这种情况在新建工程和已投入使用的工程中都可能遇到。文章依据加固原则,着重讨论了当承载力不满足要求时各种加固方法的优缺点及应用。
