摘要
本文对于HDI产品各生产流程的偏差控制能力进行分析,从而找出导致HDI板对准度偏差的主要生产流程。针对于此选定适合的对位系统,并通过小批量试板,对此类流程加以改进,提升对准度能力。
This paper intends to analyze the misalignment control capability of each process for HDI boards in order to find the main processes which result in violation of registration accuracy for HDI parts. The fabricator could select appropriate registration system based on the introduction,and improve process by making trial production of small batch,aiming to enhance the capability of registration accuracy.
