摘要
从工艺角度,PCB厂家应努力提升产品的良品率和提升单位时间的加工效率,本文分析了从工艺角度控制成本的最有效方法,给出钻孔制程如何找到加工效率、成本、质量三者的最佳平衡点。
In the economy crisis,PCB producers should improve the product quality and the process efficiency the process.In this paper,most of the available methods of reducing cost were analyzed.The best balance of the process efficiency、the cost and the quality was presented in the drill process.
