摘要
随着航空客户对产品焊接后可靠性的严格要求,表面涂覆HAL的铅锡厚度均匀性的要求越来越高,部分产品的铅锡厚度范围要求达到了2-25um,更有甚者铅锡厚范围要求达到了2.5-20um的水平,而目前业界的锡厚0.5-50um的能力已经很难满足客户的需求。本文主要从设备的改造入手,服务于工艺参数的调整来做介绍,通过工艺参数的优化实验,详细阐述各工艺参数的调整对锡厚和锡面均匀性的影响,并结合实际的生产环境得出较优化的生产参数使锡厚能够满足更多的客户需求。
With the strict reliability requirement of aero electric,the thickness of HASL layer needs a tight tolerance.There is a narrow range of HASL thickness from 2um to 25um for some special PCB production, or even the thickness range can be 2.5um to 20um.The average HASL thickness range is 0.5um to 50um, which can't meet the strict demand for aero electricity.This article introduced how to get an even HASL thickness by modify the HASL equipment,adjust the parameter,with DOE,and depict the effect of each parameter.
