摘要
本文叙述了离子污染测试仪测试印制板表面离子污染的测试条件、测试方法和测试过程,分析萃取液温度和体积对NaCl标准液和印制板清洁度测试的影响,从而确定仪器在测试过程中最佳的萃取液温度和体积允许的变化范围。实验结果表明:离子污染测试仪的结构因素和电导仪的灵敏度等对印制板表面离子污染测试会产生很大影响。
This paper introduces the conditions and methods of testing ionic contamination on PCB surface by Ionic Contamination Tester,analyzes the effect of temperature and volume of the extraction solution to NaCl standard solution and PCB testing,determined the permitted temperature and volume scope of extraction solution.The results show that:The structural factors and the sensitivity of the conductivity have a significant impact on the PCB ionic contamination test.
