摘要
采用苯胺、(NH_4)_2S_2O_8、CrCl_3等为原料,合成了Cr(Ⅲ)离子掺杂导电聚苯胺。合成的最佳合成条件为:反应温度在0~4℃下,苯胺和与(NH_4)_2S_2O_8摩尔比为1:1,搅拌4.5小时,加入CrCl_3物质的量为苯胺的30%。样品的IR光谱、UV/Vis光谱测试结果表明,掺入Cr(Ⅲ)离子的聚苯胺中,苯醌环特征振动峰出现了35cm-1的移动;在UV/Vis吸收光谱中,掺入Cr(Ⅲ)离子后发生了15nm的红移。样品DSC和TG热分析表明,合成产物在200℃开始出现热分解。用四探针电阻仪测试样品的电导率大于1S/cm,是一种很有希望用于全印制电路技术中的新材料。
The containing Cr(Ⅲ) polyaniline was synthesized,using the material of aniline、(NH_4) _2S_2O_8、CrCl_3.The best synthesize conditions are:reaction temperature 0~4℃,ratio of mole of aniline and(NH_4) _2S_2O_8 1:1,agitating 4.5 hours,the content of containing CrCl_3 is 30%.compared with aniline.The result of IR spectrum and UV/Vis spectrum of the containing Cr(Ⅲ) polyaniline was shown that the peak of benzene quinone ring stretching vibrations was shifted from 35cm^(-1) towards lower wavenumber,and the UV/Vis absorption spectrum shifted from 15nm towards the higher wavelength.The DSC and TG of the samples polyaniline are shown that the containing Cr(Ⅲ) polyaniline was stable under 200℃.The conductivity of samples that tested by four probes conducting instrument is larger than 1S/cm.The containing Cr(Ⅲ) conducting polyaniline is a promising new material that is used in all printed circuit.
