摘要
近几年来,我国高等学校为经济发展和社会进步起到了非常重要的作用,但随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,高等学校人事制度改革中存在了问题,针对这些问题提出了高校内部管理体制改革的主要措施。
In recent years,Chinese colleges and universities have played a very important role for economic development and social progress.However,with the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system,problems exist in the reform of personnel system of colleges and universities,and the main measures of the management system of colleges and universities are presented within these issues.
