以能力培养为核心的《基础护理学》实践教学方法的改革 被引量:4

REFORMATION OF PRACTICE TEACHING METHOD IN FUNDAMENTAL NURSING TO ENHANCE STUDENTS' ABILITIES

摘要 目的:通过对《基础护理学》课程实践教学方法的改革,以提高学生的综合能力。方法:运用目标教学法、案例教学法、情境教学法等多种教学方法,测试学生基本能力的变化。结果:改革前后学生技能成绩、评判性思维能力、沟通能力有明显提高,各值有统计学差异,P(0.01;77.8%学生对实践教学方法满意。结论:在基础护理实践教学中应用多种教学方法,有利于提高学生的沟通能力、评判性思维能力,促进了学生自主性学习,提高了学生的团队合作能力。 Objective:Through the reform of the practice teaching methods in the course of basic nursing science course,which is in order to improve the students' comprehensive capacities.Methods:Taked a test about the basic competencies of nursing students before the reform.And applying objective teaching,case teaching,and situation teaching.Finally,taked another test at the end of the teaching and compared the two different of these tests.Results:Considering those two results,the students' skills of nursing,critical thinking and communication ability were improved a lot.There was a statistically significant difference between those two tests,P<0.01.Most students' hands-on ability and communication skills had markedly improved.The students' evaluation of practicing teaching: satisfaction=77.8%.Conclusion:Applying of such teaching methods markedly improve students' communication ability,critical thinking,self-learning and teamwork ability.
