高校学报编辑素质刍议

高校学报是反映高校教学、展示高校科研学术水平、科研成果的综合性高级学术刊物,传递科技信息的载体,也是进行学术交流的"窗口",发挥着传播信息、荟萃知识、繁荣学术、发展文化的重要作用,而学报编辑的素质直接影响学报的质量。高校学报编辑不仅要具备扎实的专业知识、深厚的学术造诣和较高的政治素质,能熟练运用计算机和互联网,还要具有一定的外语水平和积极的社交能力,爱岗敬业精神、不断学习提高的能力、较强的策划能力,这样才能适应新时期高校学报发展的需要。

University journal is a comprehensive high-level academic journal,which reflects teaching and demonstrates scientific research results and academic standards of university.It is not only scientific and technical information transmission carrier,but also a 'window' to conduct academic exchanges.It plays the important role of the dissemination of information,meta-knowledge,academic prosperity,the development of culture.The editors' quality directly influences the quality of journals.Editors of university journals should not only possess knowledge of their field,deep scholarship and high policy level,can skillfully use computer and internet,but also has positive social skills and promote their English level,love and dedication,the capacity of continuous learning to improve,strong planning capabilities to adapt to the demands of the development of university journals.
