浅析社会主义新农村住宅建设

ANALYSIS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SOCIALIST COUNTRYSIDE RESIDENCE

从社会主义新农村建设的背景入手,通过研究和分析目前我国农村住宅建设现状,结合国外一些农村住宅的建设模式,对我国社会主义新农村住宅建设的发展作了一些探求。主要针对住宅的节能省地,建设质量,建造技术,住户参与和专业指导(住户自建和统一规划)等方面进行论述和探索,希望能为新农村住宅的建设寻找一条独具特色和适合时宜的发展之路有所贡献。

Based on the background of new socialist countryside construction,it is researched and analysed current countryside residencial construction in our country in order to explore the development of our new ountryside residencial constructiont combined with several rural residential models of foreign countries.The exploring includes the residential energy-saving and land-saving,the construction quality,the construction technology,householder participation and professional guidance(self-built housing and unified planning).Through which it is expected to make contribution to the exploring of an unique and timely developing way to the new residential construction in rural areas.
