摘要
运用SWOT矩阵分析法分析了石河子房地产开发的三大板块——老城区板块、市中心区板块、城东开发区板块,结合目标客户的需求挖掘三地蕴含的市场价值,进而制定三地开发企业的经营策略——老城区及城中心区板块以旧房改造出售为主,开发区板块以需求为导向打造精品项目塑造企业品牌,以期促进本区房地产市场及经济的发展。
This article utilized the SWOT matrix method to analyze the three major plates of real estate development in Shihezi: the old city plate,the downtown area plate and the eastern development zone plate.Combined with the demand of target customer's needs to excavate the market value in the three plates,then the development of enterprise's management strategy was formulated for the three plates: the development of old city plate and downtown area plate is by the reform and sales of old buildings;while the development of development zone plate,taking demand as guidance,is by making high-quality goods project and molding enterprise brand,which would promote the development of real estate market and economy in this area.
