摘要
先从理论方面对气肋在充气后的应力进行了分析,然后利用力学理论分析了高压、低压气肋的承载力,得到了不同跨度、不同气压、不同半径的拱形气肋三点加载时的竖向承载力值。制作了一个跨度12 m、肋径0.8 m的低压气肋和一个跨度6 m、肋径0.117 m的高压气肋模型,进行了荷载试验,并将竖向承载力计算值与试验值进行了对比。结果表明:理论计算值与试验值物吻合较好。工作对气肋设计具有重要指导作用。
The theoretic formulae and stress are proposed for an air-inflated arch after inflating,then the mechanical theory are used for the calculation of the bearing capacity of the low pressure and high pressure arch,at the same time,the vertical bearing capacity of different span,different pressure and different radius are got.A low pressure arch with 12.0 m span,0.8 m diameter and a high pressure arch model with 6.0 m span,0.117 m diameter were made,and the loading test was carriedout,the bearing capacity was surveyed.The analytical results are close to those of the experiments.The research is proved to be much valuable for the practical design of air-inflated arch.
