考虑性价比的结构方案优化设计

THE OPTIMUM DESIGN OF STRUCTURAL SCHEME CONSIDERING THE RATIO OF FUNCTION TO PRICE

提出并讨论了结构方案优化设计的两个问题,一个是结构方案优化应当考虑建筑物的使用功能,并提出定量考虑的方法;另一个是提出结构方案优化应当将上部结构与下部基础造价结合考虑,得出综合造价最低的方案。最后给出算例,验证了该方法的有效性。

In this article,there were two issues discussed in the structural scheme optimization design.One was that service function of building must be considered in optimizing the structural scheme,and the quantificational method must be proposed.The other was that the cost of superstructure of building and the cost of foundation of building should be considered conjointly in optimizing the structural scheme,and the lowest construction cost plan could be obtained.The validity of this method was confirmed by the example in last part of this article.
